Ana Arzenšek completed her Bachelor's studies in psychology at the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana, Slovenia. She obtained her Ph.D. at the Faculty of Social Sciences in Ljubljana. Since 2013 she has been assistant professor in psychology field. At the faculty of Management, she is involved in teaching Human resource management, Organizational behavior and Business communication courses as well as Leadership course. Her main research interests are change management and mechanisms of attitude change as well as positive aspects of employees’ functioning where she authored or co-authored various scientific papers and books.
