Language and length of the article. All submisions for the journal Management should be written in the Slovenian or English language. The preferred length for articles is between 4,000 and 5,000 words total, notes, references and graphs included. For other submissions the preferred length is between 1,000 and 2,000 words.
Language proficiency and style. It is expected that the manuscripts are linguistically impeccable and grammatically correct. The style should be simple, non-biased and clear. The manuscript should be arranged into sections and subsections. It should be organised systematically. The topic of the article should be presented in a concise and clear manner, the use of terminology should be precise and expression should be concise and economical. Logical assumptions should be argumentative, conclusions should be proved, arguments should be given in the first person plural.
Format of the article. Manuscripts submitted for publishing in the journal should be edited for format. The text of the article should be typed in 12-point Times New Roman type (or similar) and print-formatted for A4 paper size. The text should be 1,5 spaced and the margins on the left and right-hand side should be 2,5 cm.
The first page of the manuscript should include the title of the article (in bold) name(s) of the authors, position titles, academic and or professional, institution and email address of the corresponding author(s). Authors should also provide their date of birth for inclusion into COBISS (they will not be published in the article). The title of the article should not exceed 9 words.
The second page should be left blank. The third page should include the title, a 100-words abstract and 3--5 keywords.
The text starts on the fourth page. Headings of sections and subsections should be numbered (1, 2, 2.1, etc.) and in bold lower case letters. Emphasised words or phrases in runing text should be set in italics. Long references should be set into square brackets to separate from the rest of the text. Authors should use curved brackets to indicate an omission. Footnotes should not be used, endnotes should come prior to the reference list. Endnotes should be indicated with numbers, after the punctuation mark. The reference list comes at the end.
Tables and drawings should be incorporated into the text but they should not be obtained from the already published works.
References.
Secondary works are cited in the text as follows: surname of the author(s), the date of publication and page number, for example (Young 1997, 221) or (Boeri 2000, 48--51) and an alphabetical listing of references appears at the end. Only works referred to in the text should be listed. References should be listed alphabetically and references to more than one publication by the same author should be distinguished chronologically:

Submission of the article. Authors should submit their manuscripts in electronic form using MS Word or LATEX saved as a file, the name of which should be composed of the surname of the first author (for example: Novak.doc) and sent to the email address: mng@fm-kp.si.
Editorial process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Reviewers (and authors) remain anonymous. If the manuscripts are accepted, their authors are requested to provide the final version for publication. The reviewers and the editorial board may make additional corrections which the authors must take into consideration. The authors of the rejected manuscripts will be provided with reviewer comments. Manuscripts that do not conform with the standards of the editorial policy will be rejected by the editoral board. Articles which remain unpublished are not returned to the authors.
Copyright. It is a condition of publication in the journal Management that authors ensure that the article was not published before or that it is not in the process of being published in another journal. Authors may use the article elsewhere after the publication. They are obliged, however, to include in the reference section its first publication in the journal Management.
Authors fees and offprints. Authors do not receive a fee. Five copies of the journal Management in which their article is published will be sent by post to all corresponding authors. They will also receive a yearly subscription to the journal Management.
