The I.D.E.A. partnership is currently working on the Project Results 2 (PR2), which is based on three different phases:

PR2: Activity 1 - Design of OER contents

The objective of Activity 1 of PR2 was to design the methodology and contents of the following training modules:

• Module 1 - Strategy: focused on the topics of Market strategy, Business model innovation, Networking strategy and Financing;
• Module 2 - Digital Tools: focused on the topics of Business Analysis, Digital Marketing, Communication and Logistics.  

PR2: Activity 2 - OER development

Based on the training programme and following the first mobility, the partnership is developing

• Video training pills: to increase the degree of learner engagement, maximise the effectiveness of the training content and overcome the limitations of one-way streaming. In fact, learners will have control over their learning process, and can explore the different insights (provided through external links) without having to follow a predetermined path that could make them feel like passive parties.
• Gamified scenarios with narrative branches: to verify the learners' correct application of the knowledge they have learnt. Learners will find themselves in a virtual environment, based on real-life dynamics, to test their soft skills and behavioural abilities, test their level of knowledge of the learning units of the two training modules and obtain formative feedback.

PR2: Activity 3 - Educational TV programme

In the coming months, the partners will work on the development of content (case studies, best practices, tutorials, interviews with teachers, experts, managers, etc.) that will aliment the Educational Programme in order to guide the beneficiaries on new ways of promoting and valorising digital culture and internationalisation. The Programme will adopt streaming and interactivity models that will allow users to modulate their learning paths according to their needs.

The project started in march 2022 with 9 partners from 5 countries of the UE:

CPU, Cámara de Comercio Italiana en Barcelona, Conform, Universidad de Primoska, PaviaSviluppo, PIMEC, Universitá Politecnica delle Marche, Hellenic American Union, Poznań University of Economics
