Ana Arzenšek completed her studies in psychology at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana, where she graduated in the field of psychology. In 2011, she received her doctorate at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Ljubljana with the dissertation Cognitive schemas of the economic crisis in managers. Since 2013, she has been an assistant professor in the field of psychology and works in the field of work and organizational psychology. Since 2014, she has been the head of the Department of Political Science, Sociology, Communication, Ethics and Culture in Management at UP FM. Her research interests are resistance to organizational changes and positive aspects of employee performance. She constantly attends professional and scientific conferences and is the author of several publications.Education
