Jasna Auer Antončič, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Management, University of Primorska, where she teaches entrepreneurship courses in undergraduate and graduate programs and conducts research in the field of entrepreneurship. She has some years of business experience, namely planning, organizing, coordinating, managing, and especially of human resource management. Her main research interests include employee satisfaction, psychology of entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship and business growth. She has written three books in the area of entrepreneurship, as well as several entrepreneurship and management research articles. Her articles have been published in scientific and academic journals such as Industrial Management & Data Systems, Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, Journal of Developmental Entrepreneurship, Journal of Enterprising Culture, Management. She received the Best Paper Award at The 2010 IBER (Business) & ITLC (Education) Conferences, Las Vegas.
