Jasna Auer Antončič, PhD, is an associate professor of entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Management of the University of Primorska, where she teaches entrepreneurship courses in the undergraduate and postgraduate study programs and carries out scientific research work in the field of entrepreneurship. Her research areas are employee satisfaction, entrepreneurial psychology, intrapreneurship, and business growth. She has some years of work experience in business, especially in human resource management. She is the author of some books in the field of entrepreneurship and numerous articles on research in entrepreneurship and management. Her articles have been published in scientific journals such as Industrial Management & Data Systems, Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, Journal of Developmental Entrepreneurship, Journal of Enterprising Culture, Frontiers in Psychology, Management. She received the award for the best article at The 2010 IBER (Business) & ITLC (Education) Conferences, Las Vegas.Education
