Andrej Bertoncelj

Andrej Bertoncelj is Full Professor of Management at the Faculty of Management, University of Primorska. He has extensive international experience in general management with particular focus on M&A and strategic alliances. His scientific papers were published in many international journals and his book on mergers and acquisitions is translated in three foreign languages. His research interests include growth strategy, globalisation trends, mergers and acquisitions and post-merger integration. He received a silver award of recognition from Slovene Chamber of Commerce for co-development of the business model of four evolutionary phases.
