Žiga Čepar

Žiga Čepar obtained a PhD on UP, Faculty of management in 2009. Before entering an academic sphere he worked in “Nova Ljubljanska banka” bank in a department for financial institutions and international. On University of Primorska, where he has been employed since 2004, he was habilitated to full professor in Economics in 2020. He has been lecturing first cycle programs subjects: Economics of Enterprise, Enterprise and Market Theory, Economic Environment of a Company, Challenges of Global Economy, Introduction to Microeconomics as well as second cycle programs subjects: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Economic Policy and International Economics. His research and scientific publishing is related primarily to the field of population ageing implications for economy as well as to the field of education.
