Content
Course purpose
To teach students to use, analyze and critically evaluate different model of
change management and thus to train them for later professional work in the
field of change management.
To familiarize students with the organizational
changes brought about by the use of artificial intelligence and smart
technology.
Content (Syllabus outline)
- Individual change: the behavioural approach to change, the cognitive approach to change, the psychodynamic approach to change, the humanistic approach to change.
- Team change: methods to improve team effectiveness, the leadership issues in team change.
- Organization change: models and approaches to organization change, cultural change and organizational identity, digital disruption.
- Leading change: different leadership skills for different phases of change, incremental and radical change.
- Restructuring: the restructuring process, restructuring from the individual change perspective.
