Course purpose
The purpose of the course is to acquaint students with modern approaches in the field of human resources management and personnel development in the organization, related to the implementation of human resources function in the company. In accordance with the latest trends, students will learn about implementation of modern information support in the field of HRM, about evaluation of employees on the basis of competence profiles, talent management, digital personnel strategies, about agile methods of managing personnel and ethical dilemmas in the field of personnel management and personnel development.
