Students will become acquainted with the basic research approaches that they will need when working in different organizations, for business analysis, presentation of activities, evaluation. The course will address the following topics:
Basic research approaches in organizations
Defining the research problem
in an organization
Preparation of a research plan
Creation of research
questions and hypotheses
Basic sampling
Basics of survey methodology
(preparation of survey questionnaire, online surveying)
Basics of
interviewing (preparing interview questions, moderating interviews)
Preparing
a database
Presentation and use of research in organizations
