About the lecture 

Anže Dejak, mag. psih., is a psychologist at HR Potentials OÜ, who works in the field of HR psychology, specifically the domain of psychometric assessment of potentials in human resources procedures. In his lecture, he will present how psychometric assessment (also known as psychological testing) can help predict key organizational outcomes, from job performance, job satisfaction and motivation, the absence of counterproductive work behaviors, to readiness for long-term cooperation. He has been working with HR Potentials for more than 5 years, and delved into the topic of psychometric assessment in his master's thesis: "Validation of the O*NET® work values questionnaire for selecting employees for various job positions".
