Maja Lončar and Petra Božič Blagajac, the first internationally certified Chief Happiness Officers in Slovenia and strategic advisors for co-creating positive organizational cultures, are Ambassadors of Happiness at Work.
They design and deliver comprehensive organizational culture development programs and training based on more than 20 years of experience in communication, marketing, and the growth and development of people and organizations. They are the founders of the Slovenian and Croatian Chief Happiness Officer Academies, authors of numerous professional articles (Svet Kapitala, HR&M Magazine, Direktor Magazine, Marketing Magazin, V fokusu, Podjetnik, ADMA Magazine…), co-creators and speakers at the Global Online Happiness at Work Summit, and guest lecturers at DOBA Faculty, FKPV Celje, Alma Mater Europaea, the English and Polish Chief Happiness Officer Academies, and the Culture Management Academy in Belgrade.
Happiness at Work is a key driver of success for individuals, teams, and organizations, as it directly influences engagement, relationships, and performance. Yet 75% of employees worldwide report being disengaged and unhappy at work, which poses a major challenge for modern management. During our session, we will explore how each of us can cultivate more happiness at work, how leaders and organizations can create cultures that prioritize positive employee experience, and which tools and best practices help bring Happiness at Work into everyday organizational life.
The lecture will be held in English.
