Content of lecture
Crises management – you will learn about different kinds of crises, the reason for crises, and also we will deal with the crises and risk management as such.
About the lecturer
Katerina Kashi has been working at the VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Economics, Department of Management since 2013. She has been awarded her Ph.D. in 2017 in Business administration and management, her teaching includes management, human resource management and managerial skills. In her research she concentrates on managerial competencies and human resource management.
The lecture will be delivered as part of the subject ''From idea to product'' in the Undergraduate Programme Management with Assoc. prof. Aleksander Janeš, PhD.
