This seminar shares information about the decision-making styles in the context of organizational behavior. Participants will learn about the role of individuals and their characteristics in the functioning of the organization.

 

Dr. Soltwisch is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Northern Colorado, U.S.A, where he teaches courses in entrepreneurship and organizational behavior. As an accomplished researcher in the fields of behavioral decision-making and entrepreneurship, he enjoys exploring the decisional process to help business leaders and entrepreneurs make better decisions. Whether it be engaging with audiences in the classroom, corporate trainings, or through various talks and research seminars around the world, Dr. Soltwisch loves to share his discoveries with people in ways they find useful and practical in improving their lives. As a U.S. Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Soltwisch is visiting the Faculty of Management at the University of Primorska to research factors that promote entrepreneurship in Slovenia and throughout Europe.

The lecture will be delivered as part of the subject "Organizational behavior" in the postgraduate study program Management with Assoc. prof. Ana Arzenšek, Ph.D.
