International Guest Lectures

🔹 Lecture 1
“Industry 4.0 and Sustainable International Business”
Lecturer: Dr. Rubina Romanello (Università degli Studi di Trieste)

The lecture will examine the impact of advanced technologies on global business ecosystems and explore how digital tools can contribute to responsible management, efficient resource use, and value co-creation in an international context.

🔹 Lecture 2
“Fostering Business Sustainability and Value Creation through Innovation, Digitalization, and Customer Experience”
Lecturers: Dr. Eduardo Sánchez García and Dr. Javier Martínez Falcó (University of Alicante)
Date: 13 November 2025
Location: Faculty of Management, University of Primorska, Lecture Room 6

The lecture will discuss how organizations can integrate innovation, digital transformation, and customer experience into their strategic vision to achieve long-term sustainability and competitiveness. Special emphasis will be placed on the role of innovation in strengthening stakeholder relationships, enhancing adaptability, and generating both economic and social value through purpose-driven, sustainable strategies.

Both lectures highlight the importance of critical reflection on the future of organizations and the skills needed to lead sustainable transformation in Europe. They combine academic knowledge, practical insights, and contemporary challenges, contributing to the mission of the Transform4Europe alliance – building a shared academic space that promotes innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility.
