ICC Incoterms 2010 provide universal interpretation rules for eleven most common trade terms. From these 11 terms, exporter/importer has to choose the Incoterm that is most appropriate for the transaction at hand. This lecture deals withe the rationale behind his or her choice and factors that influence it.
