The lecture will deal with the explanation of basic terms (motive, motivation, stimulus, stimulation). It will be discussed how to recognize low motivation of employees in a company, how managers can motivate employees and what are the differences between positive and negative motivation. Second part of the lecture deals with possible negative phenomena in the company (bossing, mobbing, discrimination etc.), what are consequences of these negative phenomena and how to defend.
We would like to invite 3rd year students UNM (English programe) to the Final Bachelor exam workshop that will be held on March, 23rd 2021 at 12:00 for the purpose of providing informations regarding the application procedures and the preparation of the Final bachelor exam.
In the lecture we will present a methodology for development of a business model. Students will be challenged to develop and present a model for commercialization of the innovation presented in a study case. We will use the Business model canvas by Osterwalder, Pigneur & al. 2010 and the innovative technology case of “Jožef Stefan” Institute: Smartwatch application for the elderly care.
Although we are living in very special times with all the limitations, international student exchanges are still popular and desirable. Despite everythin event this year, some of our students are on exchange abroad and we are also hosting some students here. So don’t let that really stop you.
