We are pleased to announce the publication of the new issue of the Management magazine, which brings you up-to-date professional content.
In the first contribution, the authors focus on possible measures to help older people into employment and ways to increase their competitiveness. The second paper reflects much of the author's reflection, focuses on Boštjan Žekš and humorously focuses on key actors in higher education. In the third contribution, the authors present green bonds, their importance, developments, and trends in the field of green bonds. In the fourth contribution, the authors show how the process of Serbia's accession to the European Union is progressing and what are the strengths, weaknesses, and challenges for Serbia along the way. In the fifth contribution, the authors discuss and define the notion of co-creation as a concept of public sector organisation and contribute to facilitating the understanding of co-creation among individuals and organisations encountering the concept for the first time.
In the second part of the magazine, we invite you to take a look at events at the Faculty of Management; the author provides an update in her article "Reaching for knowledge, new challenges, and higher goals".
We conclude our look ahead to the spring period with a special invitation from the Area Marketing Editor to submit articles in the field of influencers. You are cordially invited to participate!
I would like to thank all of you who have helped to contribute to the new issue of Management. The next issue is in preparation and is expected to be published in September. You are invited to participate and submit your contributions!
