Associate Prof. Elizabeta Zirnstein on the abuse of warnings against regular dismissal in the professional news magazine Ekonomska demokracija.
»The Association of Workers' Councils of Slovenia (Združenje svetov delavcev Slovenije - ZSDS) notes that, in practice, employers are increasingly deliberately issuing written warnings against regular dismissal that are unsubstantiated in substance and are deliberately misusing them, in particular, to intimidate and discipline workers' representatives. And, where necessary, other employees. This unacceptable practice must be stopped immediately.« - Associate Prof. Elizabeta Zirnstein
