The UPFM Call for Recognitions and Awards for the academic year 2021/2022 has been published for:

1. Recognition of FM students  
2. Recognition of FM staff
3. Recognition of FM external collaborators

Candidates must complete the following form Nomination for UPFM recognitions and awards (.doc, 83.kb), enclosing the annexes provided for on the form, and submit it in a sealed envelope marked "Application for FM Recognitions and Awards" to the Academic Services Office by 15 January, 2023 (date of personal delivery or date of postmark will be taken into consideration).
