At its 1st correspondence session, the Electoral Committee of the Student Council UP FM adopted a resolution determining the manner of conducting the elections on Wednesday, March 31st 2021, through the Helios Voting program. Mandatory voter identification will take place through the online platform ZOOM.
Students will register for the ZOOM conference through a link, which will be accessed on March 31st, 2021 between 9.00 and 17.00 through the UP FM website or by e-mail, which will be sent to the student's e-mail address by the Student affairs office. Students will prove their identity with an identity document and a student ID card/certificate of enrollment, after which the electoral committee will enter them in the electoral register and send them a ballot via Helios Voting to the e-mail address specified by the student in ZOOM chat.
