Emerald has notified the UP Faculty of Management that Prof. Štefan Bojnec has been awarded this year's outstanding Reviewer in 2022 (Outstanding Reviewer in 2022) Emerald Literati Awards 2022, as selected by the editorial team of Emerald's Competitiveness Review.  Prof. Štefan Bojnec is a reviewer for several journals published by the world-renowned Emerald publishing house.

Prof. Štefan Bojnec is a full professor of economics and Head of the Department of Economics at the UP Faculty of Management. His research and teaching interests include: business economics, international economics, theory and analysis of market structure, history of economic thought, economic policy, sectoral economics, regional and rural development, and sustainable economic growth. Prof. Bojnec is one of the top researchers in the field of economics, ranking first in the success rate of economics researchers in Slovenia.
