Visiting professor at the Faculty of management as part of the project GOST UP – Gostovanja tujih strokovnjakov in visokošolskih učiteljev na Univerzi na Primorskem / Hosting foreign experts and professors at the University of Primorska - GUEST UP in the period from 2 May until 10 June 2022.

Dr Irina V. Novikova is a professor at the Department of Economic and Financial Strategy of the Moscow School of Economics (MSE), a Leading Researcher at the Strategic Studies Centre at the Institute of Complex Systems Mathematical Research, Leading Researcher at an Interdisciplinary research-educational school, all at the Lomonosov Moscow State University (Russia). Doctor Novikova concentrates her research attention on subjects of strategic management and leadership, personality and HR strategy, employment and labour forces strategizing, and digital economy. She is a leader or co-researcher on current international, national and regional projects related to elaboration and realization of corporate, regional and national strategies of human potential and labour forces development. She has more than 130 published research papers within this scientific field.

During her visit to UP FM, she will teach the course Human resource management in the bachelor’s programme in Management.
