On February 14, 2024, the WEGREEN final conference took place in Brussels, attended by a wide range of stakeholders and representatives of the European Commission in Brussels, in addition to the project partners. The title of the conference "Empower women in rural areas through green social entrepreneurship!" stimulated discussions and debates on the topic. Prof. Štefan Bojnec presented lessons learned and policy implications with perspectives from Slovenia.
