Join us on Friday and Saturday, 17 and 18 February 2023, when we will be organising exciting INFORMATIVE DAYS at the UP Faculty of Management. We are opening our doors to prospective students and giving them a glimpse into their future.
In the academic year 2023/2024, the Faculty of Management is offering two first-cycle study programmes:
- Academic Bachelor in Management (in Slovene and English) and
- Professional Bachelor in Management (full-time and part-time).
The information days will take place at the Faculty's headquarters, Izolska vrata 2, in Koper (info presentations are held in Slovenian language):
- Friday, 17 February 2023, at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. and
- Saturday, 18 February 2023, at 10 am.
On Friday, 17 February 2023, the University of Primorska's Student Dormitory information day will also be held via the ZOOM application at 9:00. The University of Primorska Admission Office (VPIS UP) information day will be held at 12:00. If you join us for the live information day at the faculty, we will provide you with the possibility to watch the presentations of the UP Student Dormitory and the UP Admission Office via the ZOOM application in one of our lecture rooms.
Free bus to the Coast
On Friday, February 17, 2023, the University of Primorska will organise a free bus service that will start its journey to the Coast in the early morning hours (at 4.30) in the north-east of Slovenia (Murska Sobota), stopping in Maribor, Celje, Ljubljana, and Postojna on the way, and will take the students to the Coast. The bus will return in the afternoon. More detailed information on departure times and locations, as well as the REQUIRED online registration form, can be found HERE.

Application deadlines for Slovenians and EU citizens (E-application on the eVŠ web portal)
- First application period: 17 February to 20 March 2023
- Second application period: 21 to 25 August 2023
- Application deadline for filling remaining vacancies: 22 to 25 September 2023 at 12 noon
Application deadlines for Slovenians without Slovenian citizenship and non-EU (E-application on the eVŠ web portal)
- First application period: 17 February to 22 May 2023
- Second application period: 29 May to 24 July 2023
- Third application period: 11 August to 4 September 2023
- Application deadline for filling remaining vacant places: 22 September to 25 September 2023, 12 noon
Instructions for completing the application
Applicants apply for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate study programmes electronically via the eVŠ portal during the open application periods. There are several steps in the application process, which are described HERE.
Application for enrolment
Applicants apply for admission to higher education study programmes (undergraduate and postgraduate) by submitting an online application via the eVŠ portal. To complete the application, the applicant needs an email address where the completed application form will be sent as a pdf document once the application has been completed. In order to start the application correctly, the candidate must know the name of the call for applications, which he/she selects in the first step. Please enter the information in the online application form in order from top to bottom. Confirm your entries by clicking on the 'Continue' button, or if you do not wish to save your entries, click on the 'Cancel' button to abort the entry. If you have any further questions while filling in the application form, you can watch a short video or read the instructions for filling in the application form to find an answer that will clarify any confusion.
