Prof. Ajda Fošner, lecturer at UPFM, attended the 55th International Fair of Crafts and Entrepreneurship (MOS) in Celje. The project of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation "The Intersection of Science and Entrepreneurship" was presented at the fair and attracted many visitors, especially students and secondary school students.
Leading experts and innovators in fields such as mechatronics, automation, robotics, energy, information technology, nanotechnology and space technologies gathered in Hall L of the Celje Fair Centre. This year's event highlighted new technologies, high-tech innovations and state-of-the-art training programmes. Special emphasis was placed on micro, bio and nanotechnologies and space technologies.
Leading Slovenian research and education institutions and high-tech companies were represented at the fair. The "Science and Business Meeting Point" is an opportunity to promote Slovenian science, foster cooperation between science and business and is an example of good practice in cooperation to date. At the same time, it focuses on digitisation, digital transformation and new business models, as well as the upcoming Industry 4.0 and 5.0 and the "5.0 Society".
