The second newsletter of the I-THEN project (International Technical Higher Education Network) has already been published, with the main goal of cooperation between European and non-European universities and professional institutes and international public and private organizations with the aim of creating a network for joint development of international programs and activities, schooling and work, as well as international spin-offs and innovation projects, and research and development.
