The beginning of the new academic year is approaching — on Wednesday, 1 October, our lecture halls will once again be filled with students.

We would like to inform you that the schedule for the academic year 2025/26 is now available.

Please note that the contents are subject to possible changes even in the first quarter. Therefore, we kindly ask you to regularly check the announcements for the latest information.

At UP FM, we are preparing a welcome to all first- and second-year students who are curiously entering our faculty. We will welcome them in first week of new academic year (1.10 - 6.10), after which the students will continue with their lectures.

UNDERGRADUATE:

• First-year students of the English-taught university programme B1 will have their reception in Lecture Room 2 on Wednesday, 1 October, at 09:00. Lectures will continue at 09:30.

• First-year students of the Slovenian university programme B1 will have their reception in Lecture Room 6 on Wednesday, 1 October, at 08:30. Lectures will continue at 09:00.

• First-year full-time students of the Slovenian professional programme B1 will have their reception in Lecture Room 6 on Wednesday, 1 October, at 08:30. Lectures will continue at 09:30.

• First-year part-time students of the Slovenian professional programme B1 will have their reception in Lecture Room 2 on Friday, 3 October, at 17:00. Lectures will continue at 17:30

POSTGRADUATE:

• Master’s students of the Slovenian programme B2 Management will have their reception in Lecture Room 6 on Tuesday, 1 October, at 16:00. Lectures will continue at 16:30.

• Master’s students of the English-taught programme B2 Management will have their reception in Lecture Room 6 on Tuesday, 1 October, at 16:00. Lectures will continue at 16:30.

• Master’s students of the Slovenian programme B2 Law for Management will have their reception in Lecture Room 6 on Wednesday, 1 October, at 16:00. Lectures will continue at 16:30.

• Master’s students of the Slovenian programme B2 Sustainable Development Management will have their reception in Lecture Room 12 on Monday, 6 October, at 16:00. Lectures will continue at 16:30.

In cooperation with representatives of the UP FM Student Council and UP FM tutors, we will provide you with all the basic information to help you start the academic year.
