With the beginning of October, the new academic year 2024/2025 has also commenced, bringing new opportunities for 750 students, including many new faces—freshmen who officially joined our Faculty of Management at the University of Primorska in the first week of October.

In the introductory week, students were welcomed by representatives of the faculty leadership, professors, the Student Affairs Office, members of the ŠOUP, as well as members of the Student Council and tutors. The Rector of the University of Primorska, Prof. Dr. Klavdija Kutnar, also greeted the students.This year, a united greeting to all freshmen of the University of Primorska was organised in Portorož at the Faculty of Tourism studies and was also attended by our Dean, Prof. Dr. Tatjana Horvat. Allow me to warmly welcome you at the beginning of your academic journey at the Faculty of Management, University of Primorska.

This day is an important milestone for you, not only in your life but also for us as a faculty. Every year, students enrich our community with fresh ideas, energy, and perspectives. For you, a new chapter begins today, one that will shape not only your academic achievements but also your personal and professional lives. As students, you are entering a world of opportunities and challenges that will shape you for life.
