Additional ERASMUS+ (KA131) Call for Applications for the Academic Year 2025/26

We would like to inform students that an additional ERASMUS+ (KA131) call for applications for study in the second semester of the 2025/26 academic year has been published on the UP website. The deadline for applications is Monday, October 6, 2025. Applications are submitted via ŠIS (please use the version of ŠIS in Slovenian, available on the UP FM website). In the section PRIJAVA NA IZMENJAVO, using the filter conditions (i.e., by selecting the academic year 2025/26, the desired country of mobility, and the purpose of mobility), select the type of mobility offered:

ERASMUS+ KA131 študijska izmenjava v poletnem semestru (= study exchange in the Summer semester), or

ERASMUS+ KA131 izmenjava za pripravo dipl. / mag. dela (= exchange for the purpose of writing the thesis), or 

ERASMUS+ KA131 kratkoročna mobilnost doktorskih študentov za študij (= short term study exchange for PhD students)

and in the next step, fill in the required information for applying for mobility.
Select your destination from those listed in Annex 1_UP FM. The attachments to the application are listed in the call for applications. It is particularly important to use Annex_2_MOTIVATION LETTER_study.
