12th International conference Management and safety was held on June 9-10 in Neum and Mostar. Faculty of Management also this year participated as co-organizers of the conference.

This year on topic of knowledge management and safety. The conference was primarily organized by The European Society of Safety Engineers, University of Primorska, Faculty of Management, as every year, also this year participated as co-organizers of the conference. The representative of the faculty, assoc. prof. dr. Maja Meško, delivered the welcome speach at the conference, however, next to her, prof. dr. Mirko Markič had the role and responsibility of editorial board member.
