In this week all the candidates have the last chance to apply for free study positions. The application period will be open only on September 23rd and 24th 2021 till noon.

Today, 20 August 2021, the second application deadline for enrollment in undergraduate study programs in the academic year 2021/2022 for Slovenian citizens and citizens of the European Union begins. Candidates wishing to enroll in undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Management can do so until 27 August 2021.

The University of Primorska (UP) has published the criteria and conditions for co-financing of doctoral studies at UP for the academic year 2021/2022 on its website.

As part of the AIMED project, in which the UP Faculty of Management is also cooperating with other institutions, an online platform is being created that enables students to more easily review the various opportunities offered for international study exchange. The platform is still in the testing phase, but we need the opinion of students to continue its development.

Due to the current epidemiological situation, the Electoral Commission of the ŠS UP FM is postponing the conduct of voting as part of the announced elections for an indefinite period, as the current complete closure of the state makes it impossible to conduct voting as part of the announced elections.

We would like to inform you that the UP FM and UP PEF library will be closed until April 11th 2021, in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on the complete closure of the state. The reopening of the library in the form of on-call time is scheduled for April 15th 2021. We will inform you about any changes in due time.

At its 1st correspondence session, the Electoral Committee of the Student Council UP FM adopted a resolution determining the manner of conducting the elections on Wednesday, March 31st 2021, through the Helios Voting program. Mandatory voter identification will take place through the online platform ZOOM.

An Erasmus+ call for student mobility abroad (KA103) has been published for the Member States of the European Union, Liechtenstein, Turkey, Norway, Iceland, Serbia and Northern Macedonia for the purpose of study or practice from June 1st 2021 to September 30th 2022.

There really has never been such an exciting and fateful year as 2020. However, we have come to its near end and we can’t wait to find out what 2021 will bring us. We would just say that nothing can surprise us anymore. And yet ... we hope that 2021 will surprise us with an abundance of positive energy.
