Representatives of the Faculty of Management at the University of Primorska, Prof. Dr. Armand Faganel, Vice-Dean for Public Relations and Quality Assurance, and Prof. Dr. Simona Kustec, Head of the Center for Knowledge Development and Transfer at FM and former Minister of Education of the Republic of Slovenia, visited the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varaždin.
Between 2 and 6 September 2025, Prof. DDr. Imre Fertő, Dr. Zoltan Bakucs and Dr. Lajos Baráth from ELTE, Centre for Economic and Regional Studies, Institute of Economics in Budapest visited the UP Faculty of Management in Koper within the framework of the bilateral cooperation project between the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SAZU) in Ljubljana and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (HAS) in Budapest. They were continuing research activities with host Prof. Dr. Štefan Bojnec.
The 18th Congress of the European Association of Agricultural Economists (EAAE) was held at the University of Bonn in Germany from 26 to 29 August 2025, which was also connected with the 50th anniversary of the EAAE.
Prof. Dr. Štefan Bojnec from UP FM attended the congress, who presented and co-presented three papers.
The University of Primorska, Faculty of Management has received funding under the Erasmus+ KA2 programme for the project "Bridging Gaps – Second-Hand Ventures for Sustainable Development and Inclusion", which will begin on September 1, 2025.
