We would like to inform students that an Open call under Erasmus+ (KA131) for student mobility for studies in the academic year 2026/2027 has been published on the UP website. The deadline for applications is Monday, February 23, 2026. Applications are submitted via ŠIS (please use the version of ŠIS in Slovenian, available on the UP FM website. Instructions in English are attached to the call). In the section PRIJAVA NA IZMENJAVO, using the filter conditions, i.e., by selecting the academic year 2026/27, and the purpose of mobility "dolgoročna študijska mobilnost" (= long-term mobility (PhD studnets also "kratkoročna mobilnost" = short-term mobility), choose among the offered types of mobility:
ERASMUS+ KA131 študijska izmenjava v zimskem semestru (= study exchange in the Winter semester)
ERASMUS+ KA131 študijska izmenjava v poletnem semestru (= study exchange in the Summer semester)
ERASMUS+ KA131 izmenjava za pripravo dipl. / mag. dela (= exchange for the purpose of writing the thesis)
ERASMUS+ KA131 kratkoročna mobilnost doktorskih študentov za študij (short term study exchange for PhD students), and in the next, second, step, fill in the required information for applying for mobility.
Attention. In the second step, UP FM students may choose only among the partner institutions listed in the annex to the call titled Annex 1_UP FM, even though you will also see other institutions in the drop‑down menu "institucija gostiteljica" (= host institution). The required attachments to the application are listed in the call. The use of the motivation letter document in the format Annex_2_MOTIVATION LETTER_study is mandatory.
In the application form, students should select up to three preferred institutions in order of priority and, for each one, provide a justification explaining why they chose it. For each institution, you should also list a selection of courses you would like to take there. To do so, visit the institutions’ websites (see Annex 1) and look for their course offerings (these are often found under sections such as “International”, “Incoming”, “Exchange”, “Course offer”, “Study plan”, or “Students”). The purpose of listing the courses is to demonstrate your familiarity with the institution and to support your explanation of why you chose it. The actual course selection takes place after the student selection process, when the partner institution sends the student an information package.
