The 18th Congress of the European Association of Agricultural Economists (EAAE) was held at the University of Bonn in Germany from 26 to 29 August 2025, which was also connected with the 50th anniversary of the EAAE.

Prof. Dr. Štefan Bojnec from UP FM attended the congress, who presented and co-presented three papers:

• Agri-Environmental Schemes Reduce Variable Input Costs:Evidence from Slovenian Farms
• Generational Renewal in the EU Agriculture: The Role of Subsidies, Land and Credit Markets, and Institutions
• Eco-Efficiency Among Female- and Male-headed Farms

More than 1000 participants from different countries attended the congress. We are proud that our staff, through their research work, actively contribute to the development of science and to the international recognition of the University of Primorska and the Faculty of Management.
