Pursuant to Article 20 of the Rules on the election of the Rector of the University of Primorska (No 002-34/17), the
PUBLIC PRESENTATION OF THE PROGRAMMES OF THE CANDIDATES FOR RECTOR OF THE UNIVERSITY OF PRIMORSKA
will take place on Wednesday, 17 May 2023, from noon to 2 p.m. in the Tramontana lecture room at the Faculty of Humanities (UP FHŠ).
The two candidates (in alphabetical order), Professor Klavdija Kutnar and Professor Matjaž Novak, will present their programmes.
Each presentation will last up to 50 minutes: up to 30 minutes will be devoted to the presentation and up to 20 minutes to answering questions from the floor.
To ensure equal treatment, the order of the presentations will be drawn by lot at the beginning. Both presentations will be interrupted after 50 minutes regardless of any additional questions. The candidates may shorten their presentations at their discretion and allow more time for questions, up to a maximum of 50 minutes.
Parts of the presentation will be filmed and photographed by representatives of the media and the competent University services for publicity purposes. The candidates will be available to record media statements after the public presentation.
