On Thursday, 13 February 2025, the first consultation of the Horizon AGRIGEP project regarding activity T5.2 was held at UP FM. The project has entered its third and final year of implementation, which is focused on the gender equality plan (NES1.0) with the aim of preparing a new one (NES2.0). So far within the project activities, various workshops have been held, including; annual project conferences; focus groups with students, middle management and academic staff; stakeholder mapping; surveys with foreign students; self-evaluations and various reports. The purpose of organizing the first consultation or roundtable meeting was to shed light on the strategic directions of UP in the field of gender equality and inclusive UP. The roundtable lasted about 2 hours. It was divided into four parts: a presentation of the monitoring of the results to date; a presentation of the three most important questions (thematic areas that would be addressed in GEP2.0). Short survey questions with participants regarding whether they see any other areas worth highlighting related to gender equality, other than those presented. In a constructive discussion, some directions and proposals were proposed as a starting point for continuing the work and further discussions, presumably with the implementation of the next, second consultation in early March this year.
