The application deadline for inter-faculty elective course selection among UP member institutions for the 2026/2027 academic year is 5 October 2026.
Students can choose from more than 400 courses offered by UP member institutions in the 2026/2027 academic year.
The available courses carry 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 or 10 ECTS credits and will be taught in Slovene or English within undergraduate and postgraduate study programmes across all UP member institutions.
In the 2026/27 academic year, two new elective courses developed by the Faculty of Management of the University of Primorska and the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Primorska will be available as part of the inter-faculty elective course offering. These courses, Business Italian 1 and Business Italian 2, are designed to equip students with the skills to use the Italian language in a business environment at the B1 and B1/B2 proficiency levels, respectively. The courses represent a valuable addition to the range of elective subjects, particularly in the area of foreign languages, while also providing students with better opportunities for employability in a bilingual region.
