In the spring semester, the course Business Law will be taught in English at UP FM, also as part of the T4EU Bachelor track. The hybrid delivery of the course allows an additional 24 students, mostly from the University of Alicante, to participate, which will provide an opportunity for UP FM to present this course within T4EU, highlighting its pedagogical excellence. The course will be delivered by Assis. Prof. Dr. Mitja Grbec and Assistant Nikola Jovanović.

The objective of this course is to enable students to familiarize themselves with and understand the legal frameworks, fundamental concepts, and key institutions of company law and business law. Students will acquire foundational knowledge necessary for establishing various legal forms of business entities and structuring legally compliant transactions. Lectures will be highly focused on the practical aspects of the subject.
