Exchange programmes contribute to develop and share knowledge. Exchanges represent additional value to people as individuals and professionals as they allow us to gain intercultural experience and therefore positively affect the quality of our participation in the society.
Academics of the UP Faculty of management have the opportunity to take part in exchange programmes at more than 80 partner institutions in order to gain international experience which enables them to enrich their learning process or even develop new study programmes. Administrative staff as well as academics are encuraged to involve in training periods for professional development and to improve the level of key competences.

At the UP Faculty of management we welcome professors and staff from all over the world to come and spend some time in Koper.
