Admission and prerequisite exams - new dates will be known after the publication of the Call for Enrollment 2025/26 (from March 2025)

Master in Economics and finance

All candidates must successfully complete an admission exam demonstrating analytical skills from the fields of economics and mathematics.  Candidates are attending the admission exam on the dates announced for the application period they are applying or will apply, candidates will be notified in writing of the results and admission to the programme.

All admission exams will be held at the Faculty of Management in Koper, Izolska vrata 2 and online.

Admission exams will be held on:

  • Tuesday, 20. 8. 2024, 12 p.m. (noon)
  • Tuesday, 27. 8. 2024, 12 p.m. (noon)
  • Monday, 16. 9. 2024, 12 p.m. (noon)
  • Thursday, 26. 9. 2024, 12 p.m. (noon)

The cost of each exam is 47,32 EUR according to the valid pricelist and has to be paid upon receipt of the invoice before the exam.

Candidates must apply for the prerequisites exams (click to download APPLICATION FORM ). Candidates must pass the prerequisites exams before the admission. The application has to be sent to the Student Affairs Office at least 3 days before the exam. All exams are held at local time C.E.T.

Candidates who have already completed courses with content included in the prerequisite courses during previous studies, can apply for recognition of a prerequiste course. Supporting documents such as course syllabus and transcript of records must be enclosed to the application. Master in Management 

Graduates from study areas other than Economics (0311), Business and administration (0410), Accounting and taxation (0411), Finance, banking and insurance (0412), Management and administration (0413), Marketing and advertising (0414), Law (0421), Personal services (1010), Travel tourism and leisure (1015) in Transport services (1041), must complete additional academic requirements stated in the section Admission criteria, prior to enrolment to the study programme.
