Application process
Candidates are requested to submit applications for enrolment in the electronic form on the eVS web portal, following the link http://portal.evs.gov.si/prijava/?locale=en.
Call for enrolment to master programmes are published by the end of March for the academic year beginning October 1.
STEP 1: APPLY ONLINE
- Read Call for enrolment and Common Provisions.
- Check the admission criteria.
- Create your individual registration account (https://portal.evs.gov.si/prijava/?locale=en).
- Choose your study programme.
- Submit your application online.
STEP 2: SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Print and sign your application form.
- Submit required documents to the Faculty of Management Student Affairs Office per registered mail, mark the envelope "Application to postgraduate studies".
STEP 3: CHECK ON ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates who need to fulfill admission requirementsmust fulfill their requirements before application deadline. Admission requirements differs by programme, se webpage Admission and prerequisite exams.
STEP 3A: FULFILLING ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates who must meet additional requirement will receive invitation to the test and will be notified of the result.
STEP 4: RECEIVE DECISION ON ADMISSION
- Candidates with non-Slovenian undergraduate diploma receive decision on recognition of foreign education.
- All candidates receive their decision on admission in writing (for dates see link).
STEP 5: ENROLMENT
- Admitted candidates are requested to accept their placement by formally enrol to the study programme.
- Candidates receive official invitation for enrolment and need to submit their enrolment form online aswell as in hard copy per regular post.
- Enroled students receive confirmation of enrolment when application and documents are succefully submitted.

Admission documents
Candidates who hold a Slovenian diploma are requested to submit the following documents to the application:
- Diploma: original or copy verified by notary public is accepted – mandatory document.
- Transcript of records: original transcript of records of previous studies which includes a GPA – mandatory document.
- Proof of English language skills at B2 level or similar (see section Admission) – mandatory document.
Candidates who hold a foreign diploma are requested to submit the following documents for the process of recognition of foreign education:
- Diploma: original and legalised diploma* – mandatory document.
- Transcript of records: original transcript of records of previous studies which includes a GPA – mandatory document.
- Certified translation of the diploma: a certified translation of the diploma into Slovene language – mandatory only if the diploma was not issued in Slovenian, English, Italian or Croatian language.
- Certified translation of the Transcript: a certified translation of the transcript into Slovene language – mandatory only if the transcript was not issued in Slovenian, English, Italian or Croatian language.
- Chronological description: a short chronological description of the education/previous studies prepared by the candidate – mandatory document.
- Description of the study programme: information or description of the previous study programme (eg. brochures, websites) – optional document.
- Proof of English language skills at B2 level or similar (see section Admission) – mandatory document.

Fees
Enrolment and tuition fees are approved by the Management Board and published in the official pricelist of the University of Primorska.
- Enrolment fee for all students – 41,96 EUR
Tuition fee for master's programme in Management in English language in the academic year 2018/2019:
- Full-time students from EU countries – do not pay tuition
- Full-time students from non-EU countries* – 4.000,00 EUR per academic year
- Full-time students who have already obtained a masters level degree and wants to enrol in a second master programme – 4.000,00 EUR per academic year
- Part-time students (regardless of country of origin) – 4.000,00 EUR per academic year
* Students who are citizens of non-EU countries pay tuition fee unless there is a bilateral agreement that specifies otherwise.
