In an interactive session at the UP Faculty of Management, second-year Bachelor of Academic Management students were treated to a motivating presentation by the esteemed Slovenian entrepreneur, Urška Orel Bernetič, mag. Urška, known for her multifaceted ventures including her marketing agency, online shop, and distribution network for Slovenian companies with her husband, shared her experience towards success in the entrepreneurial world with the students.
As a former student at the Faculty of Management, Urška now balances growing entrepreneurial ventures while embracing motherhood's joys. Drawing from her wealth of experience, Urška imparted invaluable insights and lessons to aspiring future entrepreneurs, emphasizing the importance of a diverse skill set with the right amount of practice.
During the session, she underscored the importantce of understanding disciplines such as politics, law, and accounting, alongside the power of networking in the principles of entrepreneurship. Her anecdotes and practical advice resonated deeply with the second year students, providing them with a roadmap for their own entrepreneurial goals.
The session concluded with an engaging Q&A session, where students had the privilege to get more first hand knowledge and wisdom , that will better prepare them toward entrepreneurial success with newfound inspiration. We thank Urska once again for setting a motivating environment in our class today and wish her more success with her companies in the future.
