Abstract. As companies increase in scale and scope, the ability to communicate effectively across organizational units tends to decrease, especially when in an international context. This book provides illustrations of how one company faced and overcame its knowledge sharing difficulties as it grew internationally. The descriptive accounts of the company’s difficulties and the methodology employed to overcome them lend themselves to managers and practitioners of any international company that is experiencing knowledge sharing complications across its units as a result of inter-organizational growth.
